“Platform” refers to the Fixfox website, mobile application, and related digital services.
“User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
“Customer” refers to a User who books or requests services through the Platform.
“Service Professional” refers to an independent third-party service provider offering services through the Platform.
“Services” refers to household, lifestyle, maintenance, repair, cleaning, installation, and related services made available through the Platform.
Fixfox operates as a technology-enabled marketplace that connects Customers with independent Service Professionals. Fixfox does not itself provide the services unless explicitly stated.
Service Professionals listed on the Platform operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Fixfox. Fixfox facilitates service discovery, booking, and payment but does not control or supervise the execution of services beyond reasonable platform standards.
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws of India
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking
Use the Platform and Services for lawful purposes only
Ensure safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the service location
Treat Service Professionals with respect and professionalism
Fixfox reserves the right to take action if inaccurate information or misuse of the Platform is identified.
Service bookings made through the Platform are requests subject to acceptance by available Service Professionals. Fixfox does not guarantee the availability or acceptance of any booking request.
Service execution, quality, timelines, and conduct are the responsibility of the respective Service Professional. Fixfox may assist in coordination and support but is not responsible for the direct performance of services.
Service prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and may vary based on service requirements, location, or availability. Applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges may apply.
Payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on the Platform. Fixfox reserves the right to modify pricing, service fees, or payment terms at its discretion, with updates reflected on the Platform.
Customers may cancel or reschedule services subject to applicable cancellation policies displayed at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, if any, will depend on service type, timing of cancellation, and specific circumstances. Fixfox reserves the right to review and decide on disputes related to cancellations and refunds in a fair and reasonable manner.
Fixfox undertakes reasonable efforts to onboard and verify Service Professionals. However, Fixfox does not guarantee service outcomes or workmanship beyond facilitation and support.
Customers are responsible for providing a safe working environment and lawful access to the service location. Fixfox shall not be responsible for issues arising from unsafe conditions, restricted access, or customer negligence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fixfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or Services.
Fixfox’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent of fees paid through the Platform for the specific service in question.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixfox, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or negligence or misconduct by the User.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the Platform are the property of Fixfox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from Fixfox.
Fixfox reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if the User violates these Terms, misuses the Platform, or engages in unlawful or harmful activities.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations prior to termination.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
Fixfox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
